We collect only the information needed to recommend fragrances, prepare, deliver and support your order.
Perfume Advisor conversations
The Perfume Advisor uses the messages you send, your fragrance preferences and your selections to provide recommendations and maintain the context of your current consultation. Conversations are kept separate by visitor session and are not displayed publicly.
Voice notes
If you choose to use the microphone, the recording is sent securely for speech transcription and the resulting text is added to the same consultation. Voice input is optional; you can type instead.
Information we use
Order confirmation asks for your name and phone number. Delivery orders also require your governorate, area or city and full address. Pickup orders do not require a delivery address. We use this information to confirm the order, arrange delivery or pickup, provide support and maintain the boutique’s order records.
Order records
Authorized boutique administrators can view order and customer records in the protected dashboard. Access is restricted through the administration sign-in.
When WhatsApp Business notification is enabled, a structured order summary may be sent automatically to LE TRÉSOR. Information handled by WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy terms. If notification fails, the order remains safely recorded for administrator follow-up.
